What are you going to do 

  • Aktives Anforderungsmanagement für IT‑Systeme im Produktionsumfeld über mehrere Teilprojekte hinweg
  • Ermittlung, Strukturierung und Priorisierung aller Anforderungen im Team
  • Steuerung der effektiven Realisierung von Soft- und Hardwareprojekten in einer agilen Entwicklungsorganisation
  • Enge Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung sicherzustellen
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen Kunden in Bezug auf Reporting, Dokumentation, Planung und Tracking
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung definierter Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Einbringen eigener Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess der Soft- und Hardwareentwicklung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in komplexen Software‑ und Automatisierungsprojekten - sowohl mit klassischen als auch agilen Vorgehensmodellen
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise belegt durch eine IPMA®‑Zertifizierung
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
