Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich der Gebäude- und Versorgungstechnik bzw. Elektrotechnik
  • Betreuung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Kunden, Planern und Nachunternehmern
  • Erstellung und Prüfung technischer Unterlagen sowie Projektdokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Vorschriften und Standards
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung technischer Lösungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Gebäude-, Energie-, Versorgungs- oder Elektrotechnik bzw. Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Abwicklung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanter Fach- und Projektsoftware
  • Freude an der Arbeit in Projektteams und an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
