What are you going to do 

  • Steuerung und Koordination komplexer Infrastruktur- und Bauprojekte über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Planung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Projektabläufen unter Berücksichtigung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
  • Koordination interner Projektteams sowie externer Projektbeteiligter und Auftragnehmer
  • Durchführung des Projektcontrollings einschließlich Budgetüberwachung, Kostensteuerung und Risikomanagement
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und vertraglichen Anforderungen
  • Erstellung von Projektberichten sowie Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Projektsteuerung von Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder Industrieprojekten erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden sowie in der Steuerung komplexer technischer Projekte sind ein Must-Have
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HOAI, AHO und VOB notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in Kostenplanung, Terminmanagement, Risikomanagement und Projektcontrolling wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Tools von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
