What are you going to do 

  • Leitung eines interdisziplinären Projektteams im Bereich Elektrik/Elektronik-Systeme
  • Verantwortung für Projektmanagement, Budgetplanung und Aufgabenkoordination über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess
  • Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Strukturierung und Zuordnung von Anforderungen auf verschiedene System- und Architekturebenen
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung erarbeiteter technischer Lösungen im Projekt
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen zur funktionalen und effizienten Umsetzung von Systemfunktionen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter notwendig
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement erforderlich
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden und -praktiken von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Verbrennungsmotoren von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse über CAN-Bussysteme und -Protokolle (J1939, CAN-Open) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von funktionalen Sicherheitsstandards, z. B. IEC 61508 oder ISO-26262, sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig
