What are you going to do 

  • Moderation von hybriden Projektmeetings (Sprintplanung, Stand-Ups, Retrospektiven)
  • Ausführung der PMO Rolle in Angeboten, Entwicklungsprogrammen, Serienprogrammen sowie in F&T Projekten
  • Monitoring & Control des Projektfortschritts unter Einbindung des Controllings und des Programmmanagements
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Financial Reviews und Budgetgenehmigungen
  • Erstellung und Führung der Projektdokumentation inkl. Projektstatusberichte zur Entscheidungsvorbereitung
  • Entwicklung von Best Practice Unterlagen zur PM Methodik- und Prozessbeschreibung und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung oder Zusatzqualifikation im Projektmanagement von Vorteil (z.B. PMP)
  • Kenntnisse in MS Project, Infor LN, Power BI und JIRA/Confluence von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen
