What are you going to do 

  • Kaufmännische Projektsteuerung inklusive Mitwirkung an Vertragsänderungen, Erstellung von Mehr-/Minderkostenangeboten sowie Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen und Objektmanagement

  • Berechnung von Rechnungsbeträgen, Erstellung vollständiger Kundenrechnungen, Pflege relevanter SAP‑SD‑Daten, Durchführung von Preisgleitungsberechnungen und Bereitstellung aller vertraglich geforderten Nachweise

  • Überwachung von Zahlungsplänen, Verfolgung von Geldeingängen und Mahnwesen sowie Verwaltung von Kundenguthaben

  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Zahlungs- und Mittelabflussplänen sowie Abrechnung nach speziellen Vorgaben des öffentlichen Auftraggebers

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Einbindung der Bereiche Zoll, Steuern, Versicherungen, Finanzen, Kalkulation, Controlling und Exportkontrolle zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser kaufmännischer Abläufe

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreude und sicherer Umgang mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern.

  • Kaufmännisches, technisches und grundlegendes juristisches Verständnis.

  • Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.

  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zusammenhänge erkennen und sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office.

  • Offenheit für unterschiedliche Kulturen und Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld.
