What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftrags- und Projektabwicklung von der Beauftragung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung inkl. Prüfung von Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Terminen, Abläufen und Kapazitäten
  • Koordination der internen Schnittstellen (Fertigung, Einkauf, ggf. externe Dienstleister)
  • Schnittstelle zum Einkauf: Materialabstimmung, Terminverfolgung, technische Rückfragen
  • Klärung technischer und organisatorischer Fragestellungen im laufenden Projekt
  • Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Auftrags- und Projektdaten im ERP-System
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik) oder eine technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Projektkoordination in einem Fertigungsumfeld
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere im Bereich mechanische Bearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
