What are you going to do 

  • Koordination analytischer Entwicklungsarbeiten mit externen Auftragnehmern und Lohnlaboren
  • Einholung, Bewertung und Abstimmung von Angeboten
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteams und externen Partnern
  • Planung, Terminierung und Überwachung von Projektaktivitäten sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Ablage GMP-konformer Dokumentationen sowie Kontrolle analytischer Daten
  • Datenmigration in interne Systeme und Unterstützung des Projektcontrollings
  • Mitarbeit bei der Budgetplanung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Teams

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie, Pharmazie oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich CMC und pharmazeutische Entwicklungsanalytik
  • Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit analytischer Dokumentation
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
