What are you going to do 

  • Planung, Projektierung und technische Abwicklung von Automatisierungs-, EMSR- oder PLT-Systemen
  • Erstellung von Automatisierungs-, Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungskonzepten
  • Spezifikation und Auswahl von Sensoren, Aktoren, Steuerungen, Leitsystemen und Feldkomponenten
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Funktionsbeschreibungen, Messstellenlisten, Datenblättern und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Programmierung, Konfiguration oder technische Betreuung von SPS-, DCS- und Prozessleitsystemen
  • Abstimmung von Schnittstellen zu Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechanik und IT
  • Koordination von Kunden, Lieferanten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Durchführung oder Begleitung von Systemtests, FAT, SAT und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Fehleranalyse, Optimierung und Dokumentation automatisierter Anlagen und Prozesse

Essential skills and knowledge

Pflichtanforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Prozessleittechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik, EMSR, PLT oder Prozessleittechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche SPS, DCS, PLS, EMSR, PLT oder industrielle Prozessautomatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit der Projektierung, Konfiguration oder Inbetriebnahme automatisierter Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse in der Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)

Wünschenswert:

  • Erfahrung mit Siemens PCS 7, TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC, ABB, Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell oder Yokogawa
  • Kenntnisse in der Feldinstrumentierung sowie in Sensorik und Aktorik
  • Erfahrung mit industriellen Bussystemen und Kommunikationsprotokollen
  • Kenntnisse im Explosionsschutz oder in der funktionalen Sicherheit
  • Erfahrung in der Chemie-, Pharma-, Energie-, Lebensmittel- oder Prozessindustrie
  • Kenntnisse in SIL, HAZOP oder GMP
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
