What are you going to do

Verantwortung für Genehmigungen und Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Ämtern
Anmeldung der Baumaßnahmen bei der Gemeinde/ Kommune
Eigenständige Trassenbegehung vor Ort inkl. Fotodokumentation
Vorfertigung von Dienstbarkeitsverträgen
Einholung der Grundstückseigentümer
Projektplanerstellung im AutoCAD
Erstellung von Kreuzungsverträgen z.B. mit dem Straßenbauamt

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektromeister/in oder Techniker/in oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Elektrotechnik, Infrastrukturmanagement Bauingenieurwesen, Geoinformation oder Geografie, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Infrastrukturplanung oder vergleichbarer Studiengang notwendig
Berufserfahrung mit dem CAD Tool AutoCAD wünschenswert
Kenntnisse im Bereich Bundesimmissionsschutzverordnung (BImSchG) von Vorteil
Führerschein der Klasse B notwendig
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
