Introduction

Als Projectleider HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van HVAC-projecten binnen zowel utiliteits- als residentiële bouw. Je bewaakt de planning, het budget en de technische kwaliteit en vormt het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten en bouwpartners.

Je werkt nauw samen met calculatie, studie, werfleiders en techniekers zodat projecten kwalitatief én volgens planning worden gerealiseerd.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met organisatorisch talent en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werf om de voortgang op te volgen en snel in te spelen op technische uitdagingen.

  • opvolging van HVAC-projecten van studie tot oplevering
  • planning en budgetbewaking
  • opvolgen van vorderingsstaten en administratie
  • technische ondersteuning bieden tijdens de uitvoering
  • overleg met klanten, architecten en bouwheren
  • deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen
  • samenwerking met studie-, calculatie- en werfteams

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica
  • ervaring binnen HVAC-projecten
  • organisatorisch sterk
  • communicatief
  • oplossingsgericht
  • technisch onderlegd
  • sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
