What are you going to do

Als Projectleider Bouw ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor projectteams en externe partijen. Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en budgetten en neemt beslissingen om knelpunten tijdig op te lossen. Je coördineert projectcoördinatoren en teamleden en zorgt dat projecten efficiënt verlopen van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Jouw kerntaken:

Leiden en coördineren van bouwkundige projecten van start tot oplevering.
Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het project.
Aansturen en motiveren van projectteams en projectcoördinatoren.
Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
Signaleren van risico's en knelpunten en proactief oplossingen aandragen.
Rapporteren over voortgang, financiën en kwaliteit aan het management.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je bent een hands-on, resultaatgerichte leider die overzicht houdt in complexe projecten. Je communiceert duidelijk, organiseert processen efficiënt en motiveert je team om het beste resultaat te behalen.

Belangrijkste vereisten:

Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
Enkele jaren ervaring in projectleiding of coördinatie binnen woning- of utiliteitsbouw.
Kennis van Autodesk-software en BIM-processen is een pré.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch vermogen.

What we offer

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

Bruto maandsalaris tot €6.500, afhankelijk van ervaring.
26 verlofdagen + 13 extra dagen volgens cao Bouw & Infra, waarvan 13 uitbetaalbaar.
Keuze uit mobiliteitsbudget, NS Business Card of elektrische leaseauto.
Flexibele werktijden en mogelijkheid tot deels thuiswerken.
