Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Own project programming and construction methodologies across site works
  • Manage project resourcing, subcontractors and procurement
  • Lead project teams through delivery and changes to project scope
  • Monitor project financial performance, monthly assessments and forecasts
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and project standards
  • Coach, mentor and develop project team members
  • Maintain safe working conditions across site teams, plant, equipment and subcontractors

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil construction
  • Strong background delivering urban and industrial civil projects, including land development and associated infrastructure
  • Sound commercial, contractual and financial management skills
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming and project delivery
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractors
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification preferred
  • White Card and full Australian working rights
