What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung des Teilprojektleiters (TPL) bei der Projektsteuerung
  • Koordination fach- und teamübergreifender Arbeitspakete (AP)
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Projektrisiken, Mitwirkung bei Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Ableitung und Sicherstellung von Qualitätszielen, Pflege des Produktionsplans
  • Bewertung von Änderungen und Claims auf Basis definierter Baselines
  • Erstellung und Präsentation monatlicher AP-Statusberichte
  • Vorgabe von Rahmenbedingungen für Fremdleistungen, Unterstützung der QS bei UAN- und Fachabteilungsleistungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Studium im Maschinen- oder Schiffbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit ILS- und Marinelogistik-Bezug
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projekt- und Vertragsmanagementmethoden, MS Project
  • Erfahrung mit Claims, z. B. in SAP
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten
  • Gute Englisch- und/oder Portugiesischkenntnisse
