Introduction

Voor een farmaceutische productiesite zoeken we een ervaren Project Engineer voor de realisatie van multidisciplinaire technische projecten, van ontwerp tot commissioning en kwalificatie. Je bewaakt hierbij de planning, kwaliteit en naleving van GMP- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

What are you going to do 

  • Beheren en uitvoeren van technische projecten van de ontwerpfase tot en met opstart, commissioning en kwalificatie (IOQ en PQ).
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de uitvoering van multidisciplinaire projecten.
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder engineering, productie, kwaliteit, EHS, aannemers, leveranciers en studiebureaus.
  • Bewaken van de projectplanning en zorgen voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve uitvoering.
  • Toezien op de naleving van GMP-, EHS- en farmaceutische kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Ondersteunen van commissioning- en kwalificatieactiviteiten volgens de geldende validatievereisten.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor of master in elektromechanica of een andere technische/wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in Project Engineering.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de farmaceutische, biotech- of life sciences-sector.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met multidisciplinaire technische projecten.
  • Kennis van GMP-omgevingen, GDP, validatievereisten en farmaceutische regelgeving.
  • Technische kennis van verschillende disciplines, zoals:Process equipment, HVAC en utilities, Elektriciteit en automatisatie
  • Ervaring met commissioning en kwalificatie (IOQ/PQ).
  • Kennis van veiligheidsmanagement (VCA VOL of gelijkwaardig).
  • Ervaring met planningstools zoals MS Project.
  • Kennis van ATEX-omgevingen is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk, resultaatgericht en proactief. Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met nauwkeurigheid, veiligheidsbewustzijn en sterk stakeholdermanagement. Je werkt oplossingsgericht, functioneert goed binnen een team en kan flexibel omgaan met strikte deadlines.
