Introduction

Je beheert gebouwen, de verschillende nutsvoorzieningen en het bedrijfsterrein. Als project ingenieur cleanroom automation sta je in voor het specifiëren, installeren en valideren van nieuwe metingen voor het monitoring systeem in gecontroleerde ruimtes. Verder ben je ook actief betrokken in het verbeteren van het systeem om de kwaliteit naar een hoger level te brengen gericht op basis van een goedgekeurd “Engineering Specification Document”. Er bestaan twee monitoring systemen BIS (building information system) en FMS (Facility Monitoring System), FMS is de opvolger van BIS. FMS is nieuw custom made gevalideerd monitoring systeem voor temperatuur, druk, vochtigheid,… in onze cleanrooms. Als PE cleanroom automation zal je betrokken worden in het optimaliseren en uitwerken van dit systeem en anderzijds ook het ombouwen van BIS naar FMS.

What are you going to do

• Opstellen van al de nodige documentatie: meetstaten, nodige specificaties per cleanroom, validatie documenten,… • Elektrische schema’s laten opstellen, aanpassen en nakijken volgens een afgesproken standaard. • Communiceren met veel verschillende partijen: Interne afdelingen, contractoren, programmeurs, leveranciers, eindklant,… • Werken opvolgen: technische opvolging van de werken in de field alsook de administratieve opvolging zoals facturatie, planning, levertermijnen,… • Kennis van netwerken, communicatieprotocollen en infrastructuren is zeker een pluspunt
