De PE Building Security maakt deel uit van het Building Security team binnen het Building Electrical & Security team. Binnen het Building Security team zijn we verantwoordelijk voor de volgende technieken: Branddetectie Inbraakdetectie CCTV Toegangscontrole Parlofonie Gasmonitoring

What are you going to do

De PE is verantwoordelijk voor: design, uitwerking, indienstname en as built dossier van deze installaties.

Voor de design en indienstnames werk je zeer nauw samen met onze huisleverancier Siemens. Na bevestiging van uitvoering werk je zeer nauw samen met de elektrische contractor. Je zorgt voor de technische opvolging, veiligheidsvergunningen, kwaliteitscontroles, … Je controleert ook de administratieve opvolging, m.a.w. facturatie.

In deze functie werk je samen met onze afdeling EHS (Environment Health Safety). Zo zal je nauw samen werken met de PE Electrical die de overkoepelende Building Electrical - rol heeft binnen het project.

Je controleert na uitvoering de elektrische contractor en geeft na een succesvolle controle de installatie vrij (inschakelen van alle Building Security Technieken). Je maakt een as-built dossier, zorgt voor de nodige aanpassingen op de elektrische schema’s en plannen, en zorgt dat het beheersysteem Desigo CC / CCTV Siveillance wordt geüpdatet. Support De eerste lijninterventies worden uitgevoerd door de Facility contractor. Indien zij het probleem niet kunnen oplossen of technische ondersteuning nodig hebben wordt beroep gedaan op de PE Building Security. Je gaat na wat de mogelijke oorzaken kunnen zijn, en neemt de juiste acties om dit op te lossen. Je controleert ook of de Facility Contractor de uitgevoerde aanpassingen doorgeeft aan het tekenbureel, en zorgt ervoor dat de plannen up to date blijven.
