We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator for a 12-month renewable contract based in Rotterdam. What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage efficient project administration processes
  • Ensure full compliance with internal standards and client requirements
  • Establish and maintain the administrative framework for projects
  • Coordinate and deliver project administration activities on time
  • Act as a key link between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Organise and maintain accurate filing systems and reporting structures
  • Monitor administrative workflows to support smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project administration
  • Support effective communication and alignment across all project stakeholders

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Pre-university education or secondary vocational education in administrative services; higher education is advantageous
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Project Administrator within the same or related industry preferred
  • Strong competencies in document and correspondence management
  • Proficiency in office applications (e.g. MS Office suite)
  • Skilled in data collection, entry, and management
  • Demonstrated experience in project administration and process coordination
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage interfaces effectively
