What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Operations Product Leadership
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Erstellung, Pflege, Freigabe und Schulung von Herstellungs- und Nachweisdokumenten
  • Sorgfältige Verwaltung und Pflege produktionsrelevanter Stammdaten sowie kalkulatorischer und materialtechnischer Informationen in SAP
  • Begleitung des Aufbaus von Mustern sowie Koordination der benötigten Materialien und Bewertung der Herstellbarkeit neuer Produkte im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsmaßnahmen sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Prüfung von Verifizierungs-, Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsdokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei Budget-, Kosten- und Impact-Analysen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Change-Management-Prozesse

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Staatlich geprüften Techniker, Mechatronikermeister, Industriemeister oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktion komplexer mechatronischer Systeme, im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau oder idealerweise in der regulierten Medizintechnik nach ISO 13485
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO) sowie bei der Begleitung von Produktneueinführungen (NPI) von Vorteil
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere in Bezug auf Änderungs- und Stammdatenprozesse, sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Verifizierungs-, Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsprozessen sowie Kenntnisse in Lean- oder KVP-Methoden sind wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose bereichsübergreifende Schnittstellenarbeit
