Für ein spannendes Industrieprojekt suchen wir Sie als Produktionsplaner / Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d).

What are you going to do 

  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Produktionsplänen für verschiedene Produktionsbereiche unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Terminen und Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Planung des Rohstoffbedarfs zur Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Versorgung der Produktion
  • Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Durchführung von Zeitstudien nach REFA-Methoden sowie Analyse und Auswertung der Ergebnisse
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Planungs- und Dispositionsprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und weiteren Schnittstellenbereichen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Disposition
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich REFA-Zeitstudien wünschenswert
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
