What are you going to do 

  • Sicherstellung einer standortübergreifenden Planung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Terminanforderungen
  • Prüfung von Aufträgen auf Realisierbarkeit und Risiken sowie Verarbeitung im ERP‑System
  • Planung und Steuerung von Arbeitsvorräten auf Kostenstellenbasis im Fertigungsbereich
  • Verantwortung für Bestandsmengen von Eigenfertigungsteilen sowie Entwicklung von Bevorratungskonzepten
  • Festlegung, Pflege und Überwachung von Dispositionsparametern für Eigenfertigungsbauteile in Abstimmung mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Erstellung und Steuerung von Fertigungsterminplänen für Baugruppen unter Berücksichtigung projektbezogener Zeitpläne
  • Durchführung von standortübergreifenden Forecastanalysen sowie Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister- oder Techniker oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Auftragsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen (insbesondere SAP) und APS-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office‑Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
