What are you going to do 

  • Einführung neuer Produktionsanlagen inkl. Spezifikation, Auswahl und Beschaffung von Equipment sowie Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
  • Erstellung technischer Anforderungen und Lastenhefte für Fertigungssysteme
  • Inbetriebnahme und Validierung von Anlagen (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ) sowie Aufbau und Freigabe von Produktionslinien unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Testmethoden sowie Analyse von Prozess- und Qualitätsdaten
  • Dokumentation von Validierungen und Prozessfreigaben
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Durchlaufzeit

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Produktionstechnik, Prozesstechnik, Production Engineering, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Industrial Engineering, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erfahrung mit Produktionsanlagen, Automatisierung oder Prozessvalidierung wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in PFMEA, DfM/DfT, Prozess- und Capability-Analaysen von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld und im Lean Management
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
