What are you going to do 

We're looking for 10 high-quality, safety-focused All-Rounders to join a permanent, long-term operation servicing Byerwen (QLD) 2 hours from Mackay.ASAP start for the right people - quick turnaround on offers (subject to pre-employment checks).

  • Permanent full-time role

  • 7 days on / 7 days off - rotate day & night shifts

  • Travel allowance + attendance bonus paid fortnightly

The Pay Rates

✅ Travel allowance & attendance bonus on top (paid fortnightly)

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Production mining background (civil experience NOT suitable)

  • Skills in: Truck (793 or above) - plus ancillary grader, loader, dozer

  • Strong commitment to safety - non-negotiable

  • Long tenure preferred - we want people who will stay long-term

  • Able to pass Drug & Alcohol screen

  • RII's/Training transcripts with proven experience on machinery
