Introduction

Als Product Owner (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für moderne Softwarelösungen im Produktionsumfeld hochpräziser High-Tech-Produkte. Dabei fungieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Entwicklungsteams und weiteren Stakeholdern.

What are you going to do 

  • Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision und Produktstrategie für Softwareanwendungen im Produktionsumfeld
  • Verantwortung für die fachliche Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines oder mehrerer Softwareprodukte
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus Produktion, Entwicklung und angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in User Stories sowie Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Scrum-Teams während des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses
  • Ansprechpartner für fachliche Fragestellungen sowie Unterstützung des Teams bei Aufwandsschätzungen und Sprintplanungen
  • Koordination zwischen agilen Entwicklungsprozessen und klassischen Projektstrukturen zur Sicherstellung einer transparenten Termin- und Meilensteinplanung
  • Begleitung der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen in die Produktion sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung
  • Abstimmung mit weiteren Entwicklungsteams zur Standardisierung von Prozessen, Architekturen und Schnittstellen
  • Förderung eines selbstorganisierten Arbeitsumfeldes sowie Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erreichung gemeinsamer Entwicklungsziele

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Informatik, Technik oder Naturwissenschaften

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, davon mindestens 1 Jahr als Product Owner oder einer vergleichbaren Position

  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2)
