What are you going to do

Weiterentwicklung der Product Vision für anspruchsvolle Softwarelösungen in der Produktion optischer High‑Tech‑Systeme - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Scrum‑Team
Verantwortung für die Entwicklung eines oder mehrerer Softwareprodukte im Umfeld komplexer Produktionsprozesse
Leitung der Anforderungsaufnahme mit Produktions- und Entwicklungsabteilungen sowie Übersetzung der Ergebnisse in ein strukturiertes und priorisiertes Product Backlog
Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Rückfragen aus dem Team - inklusive Aufwandsschätzung und Sprint‑Planung
Vermittlung zwischen agiler und klassischer Projektwelt zur Sicherstellung sowohl kurzfristiger Sprintziele als auch langfristiger Meilensteinplanung
Begleitung der Einführung neuer Softwareprodukte in der Produktion und Troubleshooting bei Problemen
Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Scrum‑Teams zur Standardisierung von Architekturen und Prozessen
Unterstützung des Teams als Servant Leader, um ein selbstorganisiertes, leistungsstarkes Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, einer naturwissenschaftlichen oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder in der Leitung komplexer Softwareprojekte
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung, agilen Methoden und im Umgang mit technischen Anforderungen
Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu strukturieren (z. B. in Form von Diagrammen)
Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Produkt‑ und Entwicklungsziele zu übernehmen
Selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenmotivation
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
