Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de verzekeringssector is Brunel op zoek naar een Product Owner. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen business en IT binnen het Customer Experience domein. Je werkt in een dynamische, Agile omgeving waar digitalisatie, optimalisatie en klantgericht denken centraal staan.

What are you going to do

Als Product Owner neem je ownership over een cruciaal digitaal product. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen en businessbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen met maximale toegevoegde waarde.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

Je bepaalt de productvisie, bewaakt de waarde en stelt de juiste prioriteiten
Je fungeert als brug tussen business en IT en werkt nauw samen met stakeholders (Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, architects, business owners, etc.)
Je beheert en prioriteert de product backlog (user stories, changes, features, …)
Je vertaalt behoeften naar duidelijke en uitvoerbare user stories
Je ondersteunt Agile ceremonies zoals PI Planning, Sprint Planning en Daily Stand-ups
Je valideert opgeleverde functionaliteiten en sluit user stories af wanneer criteria behaald zijn
Je neemt deel aan UAT, demo's, evaluaties en retrospectives
Je bewaakt een transparante samenwerking en stemt verwachtingen af met stakeholders
Je volgt digitale trends en detecteert opportuniteiten voor innovatie en verbetering
Je behoudt steeds een end-to-end visie, met focus op klant, medewerker en partner

Essential skills and knowledge

Jij bent een communicatieve en resultaatgerichte professional die energie haalt uit samenwerking en verandering.

Wat breng je mee?

Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Ervaring in change management en transformatietrajecten
Sterke business affiniteit (bv. customer service, operations, productontwikkeling, …)
Ervaring met projecten met meerdere stakeholders
Kennis van Agile/Scrum, idealiter binnen een SAFe-context
Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
Klantgerichte mindset en end-to-end denkkader
Organisatietalent en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen
Besluitvaardig, autonoom en hands-on
