What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für die fachliche Steuerung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturprodukten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg.
  • Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Produkt- und Technologiekonzepte unter Berücksichtigung zukünftiger Markt-, Kunden- und Geschäftsanforderungen.
  • Analyse und Bewertung technischer sowie kommerzieller Anforderungen zur Ableitung zielgerichteter Produktstrategien und Entwicklungsschwerpunkte.
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Abstimmung, Priorisierung und Koordination von Anforderungen unterschiedlicher interner und externer Interessengruppen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb und weiteren Fachbereichen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Markteinführung innovativer Lösungen.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung; alternativ eine qualifizierte technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
  • Berufspraxis in einem technologieorientierten Umfeld, idealerweise in den Bereichen Requirements Engineering, Produktmanagement oder Softwareentwicklung.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen systematisch zu erfassen, zu analysieren und in strukturierte Lösungsansätze zu überführen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsstärke im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern sowie interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für moderne Software- und Systemarchitekturen sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungs- und Projektmethoden.
