What are you going to do 

  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Entwicklung daraus abgeleiteter Projekte
  • Analyse und konstruktives Hinterfragen bestehender Prozesse, Lösungen und Strukturen
  • Konzeption, Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern
  • Erarbeitung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses zu relevanten Themen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Bewertung von Optimierungsansätzen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Nutzen und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Durchführung fundierter Kostenanalysen sowie Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse für Projekte und Verhandlungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Moderationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellenpartnern
  • Fähigkeit, Themen zielgerichtet zu koordinieren und Beteiligte einzubinden
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
