What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung technologischer Konzepte für automatisierte Fertigungs- und Sondermaschinenlösungen
  • Durchführung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten von der Zieldefinition über Prototypen bis zur Industrialisierung
  • Prüfung, Abstimmung und Abnahme technischer Pflichtenhefte mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Lieferanten
  • Planung, Aufbau und Betreuung von Versuchsaufbauten sowie Durchführung und Auswertung von Testläufen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen unter Anwendung statistischer Methoden
  • Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zwischen Entwicklungsteams, Lieferanten und relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Dokumentation, Bewertung und Präsentation von Entwicklungsergebnisse

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Prozessentwicklung erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung, Analyse und Optimierung technischer Fertigungsprozesse sind ein Must-Have
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Versuchsaufbauten, Prototypen, Testverfahren und technischen Spezifikationen notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden sowie im technischen Projektumfeld von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Projektmanagement- und Analysetools wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
