Introduction

We are looking for a Process Engineer (Steam System Design) to Engineering & Supply organization. As a Process Engineer you participate to process design of boiler and waste heat recovery system deliveries to Power, Offshore and Cruise & Ferry applications all over the world. We're interested in professionals who enjoy working on intricate systems and are driven to deliver results.

What are you going to do 

Process Engineer is working closely with Technical Project Manager, Chief Design engineers, internal project organization as well as customers and other external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and dimensioning steam systems in line with applicable standards, company design practices and client specifications;
  • Selecting suitable components for the steam systems to ensure their effective and efficient functioning and implementing selections to P&I diagrams and other design documentation;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and consistent workflow;
  • Providing technical expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of steam systems;
  • Utilizing best engineering practices to drive improvements in system performance and sustainability.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Process Engineering or a related field and 2-5 years’ experience from working in process engineering area. (M.Sc./B.Sc);
  • Experience from offshore, shipbuilding, power plant, or process industry;
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex systems;
  • Cooperative team player.
