What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Überwachung von Baustellen im Tief- oder Gleisbau

  • Koordination von Personal, Geräten und Materialeinsatz vor Ort

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben

  • Führung und Motivation der Baukolonnen und Nachunternehmer

  • Organisation von Baustellenbesprechungen und Kommunikation mit Bauleitung, Auftraggebern und Behörden

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Bautagesberichten sowie Dokumentationen

  • Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzrichtlinien

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polier, Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d) im Tiefbau, Gleisbau, Straßenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Mehrjährige Baustellenerfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Tiefbau, Verkehrsanlagenbau oder Gleisbau

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, Arbeitssicherheit und Baustellenorganisation

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch iTWO

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen

  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Führerschein Klasse B
