Introduction

What are you going to do

Supervise piping fabrication, installation and testing activities in accordance with project specifications.
Coordinate daily piping works with construction, engineering, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Review work packs, drawings, isometrics and method statements before execution.
Ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards and yard procedures.
Plan manpower, equipment and material requirements.
Participate in inspections, punch listing and mechanical completion activities.
Resolve construction issues and report project progress to management.
Ensure all work complies with HSSE requirements.

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of piping construction experience in offshore, marine, FPSO or oil & gas projects.
At least 3 years in a supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of piping fabrication, erection and testing.
Able to interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings and GA drawings.
Familiar with mechanical completion and commissioning activities.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to work in Tuas Bay Yard.
