Für unseren Kunden aus dem High Tech Bereich suchen wir ab sofort einen Physiker (w/m/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Algorithmen und Simulationen.

What are you going to do

Du entwickelst Prozesse, mit denen sich die Abbildungsqualität hochkomplexer Optiken gezielt verbessern lässt - von der ersten Idee bis zur Übergabe an die Fertigung.
Dabei setzt du bestehende Optimierungsalgorithmen ein, entwickelst sie weiter oder entwirfst völlig neue Ansätze.
Du integrierst diese Lösungen in moderne Softwareumgebungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Einbettung in bestehende Systeme.
Bestehende Prozesse analysierst du kritisch und entwickelst sie im Sinne einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung weiter.
Du planst und führst Simulationen durch, um aktuelle und zukünftige Technologien effizient zu bewerten und zu budgetieren.
Als Koordinator*in kleinerer Fachteams bringst du dein Know-how gezielt ein und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit.
Beim Hochlauf neuer Prozesse begleitest du die Fertigung und stellst eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossener Master der Physik oder einer anderen naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung, gerne mit Promotion oder relevanter Berufserfahrung
Kenntnisse in physikalisch-technischer Optik
Kenntnisse und Freude an mathematischer Optimierung (Simulationen, Algorithmen)
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
