Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung in SAP in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Payroll-Dienstleister
  • Pflege der HR-relevanten Systeme (SAP, SuccessFactors, Zeitwirtschaft) sowie Erstellung von Reports und Analysen
  • Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von HR-Regelprozessen, beispielsweise Einstellungen, Versetzungen und Umgruppierungen
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu Themen rund um Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des HR Service Teams sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses innerhalb der HR-Organisation

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau IHK) ist von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen, idealerweise SAP und SuccessFactors
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine präzise, eigenverantwortliche und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
