In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung einer globalen Netzwerklandschaft. Du sorgst für eine stabile, sichere und performante Infrastruktur und treibst gleichzeitig Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Optimierung aktiv voran.

What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für den störungsfreien globalen Netzwerkbetrieb und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Infrastruktur
  • Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Netzwerktechnologien wie Switches, Firewalls, WLAN, VPN und Routing
  • Analyse komplexer Netzwerkstörungen sowie deren effiziente Behebung im 2nd‑ und 3rd‑Level‑Support
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Netzwerkprozesse mittels Skripten und geeigneter Tools
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerkdokumentationen, Topologien und technischen Standards
  • Fachliche Unterstützung in IT‑Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk & Infrastruktur

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Netzwerktechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Network Engineering
  • Fundiertes Know-how bzw. Zertifizierungen im Umgang mit Lösungen führender Hersteller (z. B. Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Netscaler, Ubiquiti, Microsoft Azure)
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Einsätzen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
