Introduction

We are hiring an experienced MPD Technician for a long-term oil & gas drilling project in Kuwait. The role involves maintenance and troubleshooting of MPD systems, smart choke manifolds, PLC controls, and hydraulic equipment.

What are you going to do 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot MPD control systems.
  • Operate and troubleshoot smart choke manifolds.
  • Calibrate pressure transducers and Coriolis flow meters.
  • Troubleshoot PLC-based control panels and electronic choke operators.
  • Maintain hydraulic circuits, valves, and actuators.
  • Support MPD operations and equipment reliability.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Experience as an MPD Technician in drilling operations.
  • Strong knowledge of MPD systems and oilfield operations.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, smart chokes, instrumentation, and hydraulics.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of MPD equipment.
  • Willing to work in Kuwait on a long-term contract.
