What are you going to do 

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Fertigungsanlagen zur Bearbeitung präziser Bauteile
  • Selbstständiges Rüsten und Einstellen von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Maßkontrollen während des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Bearbeitung von Werkstücken unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitäts- und Oberflächenanforderungen
  • Kennzeichnung von Bauteilen gemäß Fertigungsvorgaben
  • Dokumentation von Prüf- und Kontrollergebnissen entlang des Produktionsprozesses
  • Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Versandgerechte Vorbereitung und Verpackung der gefertigten Produkte

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktions-, Fertigungs- oder Maschinenumfeld wünschenswert
  • Gerne auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit technischem Verständnis
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung im gewerblichen oder technischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Einrichtung von Maschinen von Vorteil
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfprozessen
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
