Introduction

The successful candidate will be responsible for the removal of internals from various equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and other mechanical components. The Mechanical Technician (Internals Removal) will also be required to perform maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the removal of internals from various equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and other mechanical components. The Mechanical Technician (Internals Removal) will also be required to perform maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics;
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Willingness to travel when required;
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
