Introduction

Brunel is currently partnering with a leading multinational mining company to recruit an experienced Material Admin to support its site operations in Papua.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory administration, warehouse operations, material control, and ERP systems, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and efficient material movements.

What are you going to do 

  • Maintain accurate material and inventory records within the ERP system.
  • Process Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfers, and inventory transactions.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations to ensure accurate material movements.
  • Support inventory reconciliation, stock counts, and cycle count activities.
  • Verify material documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare inventory and material reports for operational and management requirements.
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory controls, and HSE requirements.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in material administration, inventory control, warehouse administration, or logistics.
  • Experience within the mining, oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, or heavy industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Willing to work on a site-based roster in Papua.
