What are you going to do 

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Prozess-Know-how im Bereich industrieller SchweißverfahrenEntwicklung und Optimierung von Maschinen und Anlagen im entsprechenden Fachbereich
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, Produktion und ServiceTechnische Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und weltweiten Kundeneinsätzen
Gelegentliche internationale Reisetätigkeit (ca. 10%)

Die Position bietet ein vielseitiges, technisch anspruchsvolles Arbeitsumfeld mit hoher Eigenverantwortung sowie Schnittstellenfunktion innerhalb der Organisation.

Essential skills and knowledge

Fachliche Qualifikation:Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau (FH, ETH, Universität oder vergleichbar)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Entwicklung und KonstruktionIdealerweise Erfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
Kenntnisse in industriellen Fertigungs- oder Schweissprozessen von Vorteil

Technische Kompetenzen:Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Erfahrung mit CAD-Systemen (z. B. Siemens NX von Vorteil)Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP wünschenswert)
Erfahrung mit FEM-Methoden von Vorteil

Sprachliche Kompetenzen:Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Persönliche Kompetenzen:Selbständige, strukturierte und flexible Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle FähigkeitenKommunikationsstärke für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern
