What are you going to do

Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der internen Kommunikation

Erstellung redaktioneller und grafischer Inhalte für interne Kommunikationskanäle wie Intranet, Mitarbeiterzeitschrift oder Newsletter

Konzeption und Gestaltung von Marketingmaterialien wie Broschüren, Flyern, Präsentationen u. v. m.

Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen sowie internen Kommunikationsformaten

Planung, Koordination und Betreuung von Video- und Fotoshootings am Standort
Essential skills and knowledge
-
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medienwissenschaften, Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, im Marketing oder Employer Branding ist von Vorteil

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Grafik-, Bild- und Videobearbeitungsprogrammen (z. B. Adobe Creative Suite)

Textsicherheit, Kreativität sowie ein gutes Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung und Zielgruppenansprache

Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
