Jij houdt complexe projecten onder controle. Als Manager Projectbeheersing ben jij de spil binnen infrastructurele projecten: van snelwegverbredingen en dijkversterkingen tot rivier- en kustprojecten. Jij brengt structuur, stuurt op kwaliteit én zorgt dat processen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.

What are you going to do 

In deze rol werk je binnen een multidisciplinair team aan toonaangevende projecten zoals de RijnlandRoute, de A2-verbreding of de dijkverbetering van de Meanderende Maas. Je bent een strategisch sparringpartner voor klanten en stakeholders en stuurt het team Projectbeheersing aan. Met jouw coachende aanpak en heldere visie zorg je voor overzicht, draagvlak en een optimaal projectverloop.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je richt projectbeheersingsprocessen in: scope-, document-, plannings-, risico- en kwaliteitsmanagement.
  • Je borgt de integraliteit tussen processen en bewaakt de voortgang van het project.
  • Je stuurt een team van specialisten aan (zoals planners, risicomanagers en document controllers) en coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je creëert bewustzijn binnen het projectteam rondom werkwijzen, duurzaamheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je past beheersinstrumenten effectief toe op verschillende contractvormen (zoals D&C, BVP, Allianties of 2-fasencontracten).

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Civiele Techniek of Technische Bedrijfskunde.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectbeheersing of projectmanagement binnen infrastructurele projecten.
  • Ervaring met PMBoK en affiniteit met complexe contractvormen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te schakelen tussen techniek en strategie.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3.900,- en €6.400,- (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • 26 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid om uit te breiden tot 40 dagen.
