What are you going to do 

  • To support the management of Maintenance Method section to meet objectives and KPI's set by COMPANY Management.
  • To collaborate, communicate and support across the different elements of Maintenance and Inspection and Field Operations, in the following critical areas: HSE Risk Management (Integrity Threats), Operational Safety (DGS), Development Opportunities, and Management of Change.
  • Live and encourage an Incident Free environment and mindset. Promoting incident free values within the team and beyond.
  • Provide support to execution team (Base operations, Campaign / Shutdown & Fabric Maintenance) in backlog management
  • Update and develop fully resourced Maintenance strategies and work instruction for existing and newly installed equipment.
  • Interface with MIEC (Maintenance and inspection Engineering contract) to review and validate all deliverables.
  • Suggest organization (Base Operations, campaign, shutdown...) or master data change (periodicity, preventive task content...) to improve Maintenance backlog.
  • Follow up with execution teams of Base Operations Opportunities Outage and ensure priorities are well addressed
  • Review planning achievement against plan and efficiency against available manpower and propose improvement
  • Analyze KPI issued from Maintenance Management System and implement optimization initiatives.
  • Support the update and review of Maintenance Company Management system.
  • Support the creation and update of all Maintenance procedures and processes used in Maintenance entities (onshore and offshore)
  • Regularly review and provide input into Preventative Maintenance Strategies to improve quality and optimize delivery
  • Ensure that all Maintenance & Inspection Facility Modifications have an appropriate level of deliverables definition
  • Works closely with the Maintenance and Inspection team and ensure alignment on 'Value Assessment and Technical Assessment' for all identified Request for Change (RFC) and prioritized Modifications:
  • Ensures that the Maintenance and Inspection team have full visibility of all identified Modifications and their Risk / Opportunity profiles (Priority) through a tracking register and weekly dashboard.
  • Ensure that the weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings regarding Modifications are defined and facilitated according to the identified objectives and priorities.
  • Manage the Safety and Environment Critical Equipment (SECE) in SAP S/4.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience working in the Oil & Gas industry with offshore Experience and Mechanical bachelor's degree.
  • Broad understanding of offshore Oil & Gas facilities Operations and Maintenance Management requirements
  • Good knowledge of maintenance and inspection management tools (SAP ECC and S4)
  • Knowledge of how to find and review engineering drawings ELDs, P&IDs Vendors manuals etc.
  • Medically fit to travel to offshore oil & gas platform
  • Results driven approach and attitude.
  • Fluent in English (listening, writing, and speaking) and its technical vocabulary
