What are you going to do 

  • Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung logistischer Planungsprozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung logistischer Planungs- und Steuerungsprozesse
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Implementierung innovativer IT-, KI- und Smart-Factory-Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit der IT
  • Unterstützung der Leitung Logistik Planung bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung fundierter Datenanalysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen anhand logistischer Kennzahlen
  • Entwicklung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Berichten und Dashboards mit Power BI
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung SAP-gestützter Logistikprozesse
  • Aktive Unterstützung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Abstimmung logistischer Anforderungen mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Kunden und Geschäftspartnern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifizierung (z. B. Meister, Techniker) oder abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder Produktionslogistik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in logistischen Planungs- und Steuerungssystemen sowie im Umgang mit Kundenportalen
  • Praxiserfahrung in Power BI, Datenanalyse und Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse moderner Lean-Management-Methoden sowie von Digitalisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungsansätzen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
