What are you going to do 

  • Betreuung virtueller und physischer Systeme mit Linux-Betriebssystemen, insbesondere Red Hat Enterprise

  • Administration und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen und systemnaher Software wie Apache

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Change Requests im Rahmen eines ITIL-geprägten 2nd-Level-Supports

  • Einbeziehung der Stakeholder zur erfolgreichen Abschlussbearbeitung der Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Performance-Analysen, Optimierungen, Rollouts und Wartungsarbeiten

  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb der Linux-Umgebung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemadministration oder vergleichbar

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux-Systemadministration, bevorzugt Red Hat Enterprise

  • Erfahrung mit systemnaher Software wie Apache, Shell-Scripting und Monitoring-Tools

  • Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen und Support-Management

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
