What are you going to do

Projektleitung & Koordination: Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Embedded Software und Elektronik - von der Idee bis zur Serienreife.
Anforderungsmanagement: Erhebung und Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen mit internen Fachabteilungen, Kunden und externen Partnern.
Entwicklung: Strukturierung von Arbeitspaketen, Festlegung von Meilensteinen und Koordination interdisziplinärer, agiler Teams.
Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Moderation von Release-Meetings, enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie Bewertung und Abnahme externer Entwicklungsleistungen.
Industrialisierung: Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Überführung von Prototypen in die Serienproduktion inklusive technischer Problemlösung und Produktpflege über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossener Master oder Promotion im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Embedded Systems, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Embedded Systemen
Fähigkeit, Projekte und Teams zu leiten
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
