  • Control Narratives for compressor and package systems
  • ICSS / DCS system architecture for modular plants
  • Interface definitions between modules, skids, and vendor systems
  • Alarm philosophy for remote/offshore operations
  • FAT/SAT of control system, field instrumentation and offshore commissioning documentation

1.4 Vendor & Package Integration (Multi-Skid / Offshore/ FPSO Environment)

  • Lead interface with compressor OEMs, control system supplier and packaged equipment

suppliers

  • Manage integration of multiple control systems across:

o Compressor & Gas Turbineskids

o Utility and process modules comprising air coolers, nitrogen package, gas treatment

package

o Electrical and safety systems

  • Ensure alignment with ICSS integration strategy and offshore communication architecture

1.5 Field Instrumentation & Instrumentation Engineering

  • Lead development and review of key instrumentation deliverables including instrument index, I/O list,

datasheets, specifications, hook-ups, installation details, cable/JB schedules, layouts,

wiring/interconnection diagrams, loop diagrams, cause& effect diagrams, philosophies, narratives

and design basis till as-built updates.

  • Ensure proper selection, specification and requisition of field instruments such as pressure,

temperature, flow and level instruments, control/on-off/actuated valves, analyzers, metering skids and

package instrumentation.

  • Verify instrument suitability for hazardous area classification, environmental/process conditions,

operability and maintainability.

1.6 Technical Safety, Workshops, Site & Offshore Project Support

  • Ensure compliance with offshore project requirements:

o Functional safety (ESD, SIL)

o Availability, redundancy, and maintainability

  • Support HAZOP, SIL, Alarm management, model reviews, and constructability reviews, participation

and close-out

  • Provide support during mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, offshore commissioning, & start-up
