Für einen unserer namhaften Kunden in Lübeck suchen wir einen engagierten Konstrukteur (m/w/d) für den Vorrichtungsbau, der sowohl technische Kreativität als auch praktische Hands-on-Mentalität mitbringt.

What are you going to do 

  • Konstruktion von Vorrichtungen, Betriebsmitteln und Werkzeugen für die Produktion.

  • Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit Fertigung, Montage und Qualitätswesen.

  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Vorrichtungen hinsichtlich Funktion, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.

  • Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Prüfungen in der Produktion, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Konstruktionen optimal funktionieren.

  • Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Dokumentationen.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion und externen Lieferanten.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

  • Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion, idealerweise im Vorrichtungsbau oder in der Fertigungstechnik.

  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem gängigen CAD-System (z. B. SolidWorks, Inventor, Siemens NX, Catia oder vergleichbar).

  • Freude daran, auch selbst „Hand anzulegen" und Konstruktionen direkt in der Produktion zu begleiten.

  • Technisches Verständnis, Kreativität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
