Für einen unserer Kunden im Großraum Duisburg suchen wir einen Kaufmännischen / Technischen Sachbearbeiter im Bereich Projektmanagement / Kundendienst (w/m/d).

What are you going to do

Du übernimmst die Koordination und Überwachung der gesamten Projektabwicklung - von der Auftragserfassung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
Dabei stimmst du dich mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern ab und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
Du behältst technische Abläufe, Termine und Kosten jederzeit im Blick und stellst sicher, dass Projekte planmäßig und effizient umgesetzt werden.
Du bereitest Auftragsunterlagen sorgfältig vor und pflegst relevante Daten, sodass eine belastbare und strukturierte Informationsbasis entsteht.
Durch deine vorausschauende Arbeitsweise trägst du aktiv zur Qualitätssicherung und Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftrags- oder Projektabwicklung
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie technisches Verständnis
Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
