Introduction

Als kaufmännischer Projektmanager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Investitions- und Anlagenbauprojekte. Dabei verantworten Sie die wirtschaftliche Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Projekts über alle Phasen hinweg und sorgen für Transparenz hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen, Ressourcen und Risiken. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit technischen und kaufmännischen Stakeholdern tragen Sie maßgeblich zum nachhaltigen Projekterfolg bei.

What are you going to do 

  • Kaufmännische Co-Leitung komplexer Investitions- und Anlagenbauprojekte
  • Verantwortung für Projektcontrolling sowie die operative Projektsteuerung
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Budget-, Kosten-, Termin- und Ressourcenplänen
  • Steuerung der WiRe-, CAPEX- und OPEX-Planung inklusive Forecasts
  • Durchführung von Risiko-, Change- und Entscheidungsmanagementprozessen
  • Verantwortung für Vertrags-, Vergabe-, Nachtrags- und Claimmanagement
  • Erstellung von Managementreports sowie Präsentation projektbezogener Kennzahlen gegenüber Lenkungskreisen und Stakeholdern
  • Wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Fördermitteln, EU-ETS-Mechanismen und CCS-Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von PM-Standards, Governance-Vorgaben und internen Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Fachbereichen, Projektpartnern und externen Dienstleistern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement von Investitions-, Infrastruktur- oder Anlagenbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektcontrolling, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen sowie CAPEX-, OPEX- und Forecast-Planung
  • Erfahrung im Vertrags-, Vergabe-, Nachtrags-, Claim-, Risiko- und Changemanagement
  • Sehr gute SAP-, Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
